M A R R I E D !

We are finally married! The long wait, the postponement, the many days of the unknown  - it was all worth it. I'll be writing separate posts on the days the led up to the wedding, but for now, I'll just settle on saying simply this:

It really is true what they all say. It's the best! It's only been nine days since I've been married, but words can't even begin to describe how wonderful marriage truly is so far. E and I tell each other all the time, "God knew what He was doing." Granted, we just got married, but the intimacy between a husband and wife is something so sweet and mysterious in it's own way that it leaves us in awe. Here are a few things I love about being married so far: 

+ Waking up to E has got to be one of the best things ever! This probably is one of my favorite things about being married. I find great comfort in waking up in E's arms and as cheesy as it sounds, I feel like the luckiest girl in the mornings. 

+ I love that E and I don't have to say goodbye anymore. During our dating days, especially when we were engaged, we always dreaded dropping one another off and saying goodbye. It was always so hard to have to leave one another, but ever since we said "I Do" it's been the sweetest knowing that we get to spend all of our days together.

+ Being together all the time also means sharing so much laughter! I thought we laughed a lot during our dating days, but man, the laughter is never ending with us! And it's like, your-stomach-hurts kind of laughter too.

These are just a few things that I love about being married so far, but know that there is so much more. What a beautiful gift from God! My heart cannot praise God enough for orchestrating our union!
